Located at the crossroads of Jumeirah Beach road and Al Sufouh road, Madinat Jumeirah is a souk with a very oriental architecture.
Within this souk you will find souvenir shops, restaurants including the delicious South African steakhouse Meat Co, antique shops, jewellers, bars including one of the best in Dubai for salsa dancing, the Trade Vic’s. An artificial river, in the center, crosses the souk and runs along the palaces of Jumeirah including Al Qasr and Mina A’Salam. It is possible to take a small boat trip in the heart of the souk for 23.80 $/adult and 14.00 $/child. Reservations can be made directly on site.
