This one is famous for its magnificent marina, its endless views of the skyscrapers but also for its collection of cafes and restaurants on the lagoon’s edge, remaining open until late in the evening. There are just over 80 apartments in this hotel, ranging from one to four bedrooms and accommodating from 2 to 10 people maximum. The apartments are very spacious and well appointed, equipped with quality furnishings and an open-plan kitchen. Some of them are arranged on two floors, especially those with 4 bedrooms. The views from the apartments are shared between Dubai Marina, the public beach of Jumeirah Beach Residence or the city. The location of the hotel is perfect. Indeed, on foot, City Première is located 5 minutes from the famous public beach called The Beach, 2 minutes from a Carrefour supermarket open 22 hours a day, in front of a pharmacy open 24 hours a day and 5 minutes from the nearest metro station. By car, you will reach the centre of Dubai in 20 minutes, where you will find the famous tower, Burj Khalifa, and the fascinating shopping centre, Dubai mall. Good to know, this aparth’ hotel does not accept visitors (people not residing in the hotel) mainly for reasons of comfort and security and does not have alcohol for its residents.
We strongly recommend this hotel to groups of friends or families on a small budget but still looking for a good location in Dubai.
