SCALINI, DUBAI
Scalini is an Italian gourmet restaurant imported from London. Their second branch opened its doors in Dubai in the fabulous 5* Four Seasons hotel, close to the Nusr-et and Coya restaurants, also imported from London and serving Peruvian cuisine.
Scalini’s room, consists of an open kitchen, a covered and internal part and a small terrace whose decoration reminds us of the restaurants that we can find in the alleys of Italy. The service is very warm and friendly. In this restaurant, each dish is shared and the waiters are in charge of placing each of the dishes ordered on your plate. As for the menu, it is very tasty and rich in flavour. The quality of the ingredients and the use of noble products in the elaboration of the dishes will make your taste buds quiver. Between pasta with truffles, or freshly seasoned directly in the parmesan cheese wheel, tender and melting Wagyu fillet or beef carpaccio and succulent Burrata, Scalini’s chef will take you to Naples or Florence for dinner.
