Located on floors 52 and 53 of the Address Sky View Hotel, the observatory offers an unforgettable experience to residents and visitors of Dubai. The panoramic glass elevator will lift you more than 219.5 meters high to reach the activity.
On the 52nd floor, you will discover a glass walkway stretching 46 meters, surrounded by large windows allowing you to enjoy a spectacular view of the fabulous skyline and the glittering city of Dubai.
More than just an observation platform, the Sky Views Observatory is a unique attraction, and the gateway to another adrenaline-filled activity; the Sky Slide.

Skyviews Observatory & Vertiginous Walk
In addition to the observatory tour described above, you can enjoy a bird’s eye view of the city and the Burj Khalifa.
The Vertiginous Walk is one of the most exciting attractions in Dubai and the first of its kind in the region. It is the highest walkway in the city, on a ledge that surrounds the top of the tower’s main gondola, more than 219.5 meters above the ground – with no windows or other protective barriers but secured with a harness.

– Not allowed for people prone to discomfort
– Weigh between 30 and 120 kgs
– Measure between 135cms and 200cms
